From Booking to Departure

2. Booking Confirmation Verify the proposed details. Once confirmed, we will provide a summary of your booking records.

3. Changes & Re-arrangements Notify us immediately of any changes or additions. We will update the itinerary and send a revised confirmation via Email.

4. Final Confirmation & Ticketing Final confirmation occurs 5–7 days before departure.

Important: Once you authorize ticketing, cancellation and change fees will apply.

5. Payment Complete payment via bank transfer, credit card, or your preferred designated method.

6. Receiving Your e-Ticket Tickets are issued electronically. We will either:

Send the e-ticket itinerary via Email.

Provide the reservation/confirmation number (from INFINI, AXESS, etc.).

7. Departure Arrive at the airport early. Present your e-ticket or reservation number at the airline counter or self-service kiosk to check in.
